Household Purposes Agreement
Household Purposes Agreements allow up to 1.0 acre-foot of water and is designed for water users who do not have any storage facilities for water.
The irrigated area allowed under this agreement is 1 acre.
Domestic Water Agreement
Domestic Water Agreements allow up to 3.0 acre-feet of water and is designed for water users who have storage facilities for water.
The irrigated area allowed under this agreement is 1 acre.
Water Conveyance Agreements
Water Conveyance Agreements are available for purposes other than irrigation such as municipal, agricultural, commercial, industrial, management of fish, management of wildlife, habitat enhancement, and recreation. Water for the purpose of injecting into the ground to enhance oil or gas production is prohibited.
The only new Water Conveyance agreements allowed are the Water Conveyance Type 3 (WC3). WC3 Agreements larger than 100 Acre-Feet must be approved by the LNID Board of Directors. WC3 Agreements require a one-time License Access Fee for each Acre Foot applied for.
