Dear LNID Water Users,

Due to the ongoing Canada Post mail strike, paper copies of your 2025 billing statements will not be mailed. However, payment deadlines remain unchanged.

2025 Irrigation Billing & Assessment Summary

The 2025 Irrigation Billing & Assessment Summary, dated September 30, 2025, will be sent by email only.

To ensure your contact details are current, please send an email to lnid@telus.net or call the Office at 403-327-3302 with:

  • Your LNID account number(s), located in the upper right corner of a previous years’ invoice, OR your legal land description(s), OR the full name on file
  • and the email address you would like us to use for future correspondence.

Alternatively, you may:

  • Visit the LNID Office in person
  • Call our administrative team at 403-327-3302
  • Email lnid@telus.net to request your account balance
Payment Deadlines

Irrigation Acres: December 31, 2025*

Water Agreements: December 31, 2025

Construction Contribution & Agreements to Pay Costs: December 31, 2025

Electrical Pump Station Charges: December 31, 2025

*A 2.5% discount is available on qualifying 2025 Irrigation Acre assessments. To receive this discount, payment must be received by October 31, 2025.

All invoices must be paid by December 31, 2025 to avoid an 8% penalty, which will be applied on January 1, 2026.

Please note:

  • Water Agreements were mailed in May 2025 and will not be sent again at this time.
  • Reminders for outstanding amounts will be sent in November 2025 by email, or by regular mail if possible.
Payment Options

Due to the mail strike, please do not send payments by mail.

You may make payments using any of the following methods:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • E-Transfer (send to ar@lnid.ca, include your account number and/or name)
  • Online Banking
Cheque Payments
  • In Person: Office hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays)
  • Postdated Cheques: Cheques may be postdated and submitted in advance; they will be held and processed on the date written
  • Drop-Off: Use the secure drop box located at the LNID office entrance for after-hours submissions

  • TD Canada Trust
  • All Credit Unions

Account Number: Your LNID 5-digit account number is located in the upper right corner of your Irrigation Billing & Assessment Summary.

Receipts

Receipts will be issued:

  • Automatically for cash payments
  • Upon request for other payment methods
